New / Like New (N/LN) - These books look like they just came out of a bookstore. Appears unread and in excellent condition.

Very Good (VG) - Appears unread, has minor imperfection such as minimal shelf wear.

Good (G) - Appears to have been read, may contain small amount of writing such as a name on the inside cover and minor cover wear.

Readers (R) - These books may have been read several times, writing (that doesn't effect reading), yellowing pages due to age, stickers or other imperfections. Hardcover books may not include dust jackets. Readers are intact and in readable condition with plenty of life still left in them.
